Medical Records
Clients may retrieve their pet’s vaccine records and medical information through the Pet Portal. If you have not already done so, please download the app using the instructions listed below and log in to access your records.
Prescriptions and Parasite Prevention
Prescription refills and parasite prevention products may still be accessed through your Vetsource account, if you previously used this service.
Continuing Veterinary Care
We encourage you to establish care with another veterinary hospital as soon as possible to ensure continuity of care for your pets. A comprehensive list of referral hospitals was previously shared with clients. Two of the hospitals from that list include:
